In our sessions together and during the birth experience, I use a combination of evidence-based information, validation, embodied experiences, and mindfulness to facilitate your journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
As your doula, I stand by your side, keep you and your partner at the center of your story, and offer my hands, heart, and mind. My approach is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and evidence-based practices, and I am committed to honoring your unique needs and desires as an individual.
While no one can guarantee a specific birth outcome, I can help you see and access your choices and feel seen, heard and supported throughout each step of the journey. (And usually share some laughs along the way!)
Doula Packages
Signature Birth Doula – $1800
- on-call period to attend your birth from week 38 – 42 weeks
- 2 postpartum visits to help with postpartum adjustment, help with breastfeeding, provide any postpartum resources necessary, process the birth, help with newborn care questions, and offer hands-on postpartum support as desired
- 2 prenatal meetings
- unlimited text, call, e-mail support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum
- continuous support during labor and delivery
- birthing resources and knowledge
- photos capturing various stages of labor and delivery, if you would like
- guidance in navigating your options for birth preferences
Comprehensive Birth – $2,000
- 4 prenatal meetings
